Science based cleaning, measurable resultsPoor janitorial companies cause the majority of headaches in a building. That's why City Wide wants to make sure the time spent on janitorial in your building is on-task, efficient and never results in un-emptied trash cans or dirty floors. We carefully screen and hand-select the best service providers for your building. Our expertise in understanding how to deliver on your specific needs makes it easy for us to provide a solution that takes care of the hassle without the hefty price tag. Cleaning for health does make a difference
City Wide of Orlando believes in making an impact on public health and safety. Our customers care about providing the highest level of health and safety for anyone that works or enters their facility. We use scientific methods to ensure we clean consistently. We have had our process successfully audited by a 3rd party company to ensure we train our service providers to the highest level of cleaning and safety. In order to clean for health you have to clean the things that can possibly make you sick. "Looks clean" is not necessarily clean. Our process is used at the Museum of Clean, the cleanest building in the world. |

City Wide of Orlando is recognized as having one of the top cleaning processes in the country!
ORLANDO, FL – Don Aslett is pleased to announce that City Wide Maintenance of Orlando, has achieved the Science-Based Cleaning Certificate of Excellence award. The award is based on scoring over 80% on The Clean AuditTM. The Clean Audit is a third-party evaluation of the cleaning process
of a facility that examines compliance, cleaning process design, training, recordkeeping, and the cleanliness of the facility itself, via a set of scientific measurements for biological contamination of surfaces, indoor air quality and floor safety.
“It’s time to switch from, ‘If it looks clean, it must be clean’ to science- based cleaning,” says auditor Allen Randolph, “so we know that our buildings provide a healthy environment to live, work and play in.”
City Wide Maintenance of Orlando is a nationally-recognized leader in the field of cleaning and maintenance services.
Randolph is Director of Development for the Museum of Clean, and owner of The Clean Audit and AxisFM, a revolutionary asset management software.
